a good arrival.
A good project needs
a good arrival.
Delivery planning starts before the truck moves. Share the site details early so access, equipment, and placement can be reviewed.
Make room for a smooth delivery.
Access route
Share gate widths, road surfaces, tight turns, bridges, and any route restrictions. The delivery method determines the required clearance.
Overhead clearance
Identify utility lines, trees, building overhangs, and other overhead obstructions along the entire access and placement route.
Firm & level ground
Plan a stable surface and appropriate container support. Soft ground, recent rain, slopes, and drainage can affect placement.
Placement orientation
Confirm which way the doors should face and how the space will be used. Leave room to open doors and service the container.
Utility connections
For build-outs, coordinate power, water, wastewater, data, and any foundation work with the project scope and local requirements.
Photos & final review
Provide clear photos or a short video of the route and placement area. Confirm delivery equipment, clearance needs, and site readiness before scheduling.
Delivery availability, method, pricing, and placement requirements are confirmed for each site. Permit, foundation, utility, and site preparation responsibilities must be established in the project proposal.
